Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Duo is a high quality Fine Art Inkjet paper, coated on both sides. The white cotton paper with its smooth, soft texture and light felt structure is combined with a premium matt inkjet coating it produces outstanding print results. With deep blacks and brilliant colours, this paper is perfect for high quality portfolios and albums. The paper is acid and lignum free, making it extremely age resistant.

We take great care in packaging to ensure your print arrives safely:

Prints are shipped flat (7x5/8x10inches) or rolled in a sturdy tube (11x14inches).

All prints are placed in waterproof plastic envelope (biodegradable). 

To keep your print looking its best:

• Avoid direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can fade colours.

• Frame your print with UV-protective glass to preserve its vibrancy.

• Keep it in a dry, cool place away from moisture and humidity.

• If you receive a rolled print, carefully unroll it and allow it to flatten before framing.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic orders (UK): 3-7 business days

International orders: 7-21 business days

If your order to the US is taking longer than expected please use the link above to submit a help request on the USPS website. They will forward your request to your local Post Office facility to help to locate the parcel. If after 7 business days from when you submitted the online help request form your mail or package hasn't arrived, they suggest submitting a Missing Mail search request. My postal service won’t consider the parcel lost until 20 working days after your last postal date. If your order still hasn’t arrived by then I can offer you a full refund or replacement.
