We ship worldwide and orders typically take between 2-5 business days to be processed and shipped by our dispatch team. The exception is personalised, pre-order, or bespoke pieces. Processing times for these products vary.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at alicianicolestudioassist@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not not been dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute any items once they have been shipped.
